in lily’s words:
“I believe that therapy can be helpful to anyone, and there is no concern too big or too small that we cannot unpack together. Whether that be seeking mental health support and processing difficult emotions, or gaining a better understanding of yourself and increasing self-esteem, it is my intention to give you the space you need to address your concerns. As a deeply empatheticand non-judgemental person, I am ready to listen and collaborate with you to achieve the intentions you set in therapy while incorporating your innate strengths and capabilities.
As a student psychotherapist, I am constructing an integrative therapeutic approach so that I can best meet your needs. I have presently received education in narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-informed approaches and multicultural counselling, among others. Together, we can explore what resonates most with you.
I identify as queer and have a strong interest in working with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I am also interested in helping people dealing with anxiety and depression, as well as anyone looking to increase self-acceptance and self-understanding.
Thank you for considering me to join you on your therapeutic journey. It is a great privilege to bear witness to your life and experiences. I look forward to connecting with you.”
